Inspired by our founder's travels with the United States Military to the Japanese tropical island of Okinawa, our second limited release bar is also our first inclusion confection, years in the making after careful and diligent experimentation and testing of blends and salts.
The salt is sourced from the pristine waters off the coast of Okinawa, Japan, sought around the world for its unique and gentle flavor that enhances dishes of all types. Crafted with a special blend of cacao from South and Central America, we sprinkle a generous amount of salt on the bottom of the bars during our molding process.
Although the tasting notes include currant and raisin, you will also taste the unique flavor the sea salt provides, balanced with the sumptuous chocolate which will leave you craving more with every bite.
