Shipping policy

 

SHIPPING

We currently offer shipping nationwide and to US military APO Boxes via USPS Priority Mail. Chocolate is delicate and temperature sensitive. Because of this, we ship all of our products and chocolate in flat-rate USPS Priority Mail boxes to minimize damage and the risk of melting. Typically, orders will arrive within two to three days; unfortunately, due to the long-term effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, USPS Priority Mail's two-day and three-day service commitments have been extended to three days and four days, respectively. When you order and it is shipped, please ensure you are able to receive your package so it will not be damaged by weather of any sort (heat/snow/rain for just a few examples). Journey Chocolate is not responsible for carrier delays.


LOCAL PICKUP
Although we do not have a visitable or tourable factory, we have partnered with  The Mailroom in Omaha, our public facing address, where you can pick up your order locally. Just select the local pickup option if you are in the Omaha, Nebraska area and bring your phone/printed receipt with your order number visible on it and show it to the friendly folks at the desk.
